Donato Trivisano and Piero Marincolo are the founders of the “Locanda Trevisano” in Winterthur, Switzerland.
Together they crossed Italy and, finally, in Verona, they met Remo Pasquini. They tell about him: “A true carpenter and a very good restaurateur, who for many years offers consulting to bars and restaurants as well as creating, projecting and designing all furniture and objects in his artisanal and handmade family carpentry”.
