Capolavori a Tavola 2014 (Masterpieces on the Table 2014)

On 23^rd June 2014, the dinner-tasting: ”Capolavori a Tavola” (Masterpieces on the table) took place in Borgo Corsignano. This event was organized and promoted by Simone Fracassi, owner of the homonymous butcher shop near Cosenza. This year, this event is at its 13^th edition. The purpose of the event is promoting top quality Italian food. Many chefs and restaurants have joined the event and contributed to its great success; thanks to this manifestation, every year, our Italian products are tasted and valorized.

The proceeds of this event have been entirely donated to the charity association ”Agnese con Noi” (Agnese with us), that is focused on solidarity and voluntary work with young people. One of their most important projects is dedicated to a free transportation service for young people on weekends, to take and bring them back safe to bars and discos. The charity also created the “Casina di Agnese” (Agnese’s Little House), a social workspace for teenagers and young people, where they can discuss the risks of alcohol and drugs consumption.
